Pix at 7Games: the bank is only part of the journey
People using Pix daily expect money to arrive almost immediately. That expectation makes sense for a completed account-to-account transfer. But a platform's withdrawal button does not necessarily send the Pix at that exact moment.

Pix remains a payment system. Its presence in the banking app does not change restrictions affecting the operator's activities.
How Pix works — without confusing speed with approval

The key locates an account. QR Codes and Pix Copia e Cola codes are other ways to present payment details. In every case, the bank's confirmation screen is where you check the recipient and amount. The name displayed there deserves more attention than the logo in a received message.
Three situations are often confused:

Therefore, “approved” in the wallet and “received” at the bank are not synonyms. If they conflict, identify which stage the discrepancy began at.
Pix key, CPF and account ownership
A Pix key can be a CPF or CNPJ, telephone number, email or random key. It points to banking details registered with the institution. It is not a password and does not replace the holder's identification. Central Bank questions and answers ↗
To check a withdrawal, compare the 7Games account holder with the holder of the designated bank account. An old telephone number, a key that changed banks or incorrectly entered information may require correction. A key being valid in Pix does not guarantee the platform accepts that key type for your account.
- CPF and name: check registration details and the account receiving the amount.
- Institution: confirm which bank the key currently points to.
- Incomplete information: handle corrections through operator channels; do not send documents to profiles contacting you by message.
- Receipt: check recipient, amount and status as well as date.
Changing an email in the platform registration does not automatically change the bank's Pix key. These are separate registrations.
The money left the bank but did not appear in the balance
This question should start from a transfer already made. With deposits suspended, repeating payment is not a way to “unlock” the wallet.
- Open the receipt in the bank itself. Check whether the transaction was completed, scheduled, cancelled or refunded. A screenshot taken before confirmation does not prove payment.
- Compare the details. Record date, time, amount, institution and recipient. Also keep the transaction identifier available on the receipt.
- Check 7Games history. Look for a corresponding entry and check whether it is pending, reversed or completed.
- Describe the discrepancy to support. Provide the request or transaction number and ask for a specific response about the entry.
For example: the bank records R$100 sent, but the platform statement has no corresponding credit. The problem is then locating that credit. If the R$100 arrived and was later used on a slip, the question concerns subsequent movement. One receipt does not explain the entire wallet.
Avoid publishing the complete receipt in comments or social media. It may contain personal information. Use the brand's support channel and keep the reference number.
Pix withdrawals: from available balance to bank statement
Start with the balance available for withdrawal. The dashboard total may include amounts subject to different rules, such as an open slip or promotional balance. The cash out closes an eligible bet early; it is not a transfer to the bank.
After requesting withdrawal, record the amount and status. If the wallet was debited but the money has not arrived, request confirmation of sending with transaction details. If the request was rejected, useful information is the reason and where the amount remains recorded.

Pix limits are not withdrawal limits
Two different limits are involved. Your bank may limit Pix transfers through account controls. The platform may impose its own conditions on withdrawal requests. Changing a bank limit does not automatically change 7Games wallet rules.

The 7Games documentation reviewed did not confirm universal minimum and maximum amounts for every customer. Old advertising figures are therefore not presented as current rules. Check the accepted request amount and shutdown guidance applicable to your account.
Fees also need a clear origin. What was charged, by whom and on what grounds? Compare the requested amount with the amount actually sent and received. Do not send another Pix to someone promising to release a withdrawal for an “unlocking fee”.
What about cards, boleto, bank transfers or crypto?

A commercial disagreement or support delay does not automatically become a MED case. Explain to the bank what happened without changing the facts, and follow the stated procedure.
For an ordinary balance issue, the most useful sequence is simple: platform statement, bank receipt, identified request and support reference number. These four records help reconstruct the money's path without relying on disconnected messages.

Does Pix work at weekends?
Yes. Pix operates every day. This does not mean internal withdrawal review follows the same timing as the bank transfer.

Can I use any Pix key type to withdraw?
